Reservations are made with full payment; no refunds. 

Cancellation policy is allowed for emergency situations i.e. death in immediate family. 

For schedule conflicts, we work with you to move reservation to a date that works for you or we will offer a credit voucher for you to use anytime during 2016 camping season.

IF you notify our office and reservation is less than 21 days out, we may not offer the equivalent value voucher if we can not fill that vacancy.
