Standard site fee is $2,500.00 plus sales tax. Camping fee includes, water, jumping pillow, inflatables, spaceball trampoline, mini-golf, swimming pond, waterfall (no climbing on rocks), wading pool, multiple playgrounds, indoor playground, any free/planned activities on weekends in summer months, fishing pond, row boat, paddle boats, ATV trails on property (rules apply), hiking and biking trails.
LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, DISRESPECTFUL FAMILIES OR PARTYers ARE NOT WANTED HERE.
The FUN stuff may change as time goes, depending on staffing and if damage occurs. Golf cart rentals are not included. Snowmobiles and ATVs welcome in winter. All Shawano County snowmobile trails allow ATVs when temperatures are below 28 degrees and trails have been open for 6 days. NO ATVs or loud vehicles allowed on main campground during camping season. All adjacent town roads now allow ATVs/UTVs... please respect our neighbors and always ask permission of property owners BEFORE entering private property.*
$5 deposit is required for fishing poles; when poles are returned in good working order, then deposit is returned in full.
All seasonals are required to bring in or buy 300 gallon state-approved waste water tanks (free installation when you buy from Annie’s), utilize the free dump station on site, or coordinate for pump out service.
Electricity is separate and billed quarterly.
Camping season is when the water is on; winter storage is included in your land use agreement from mid-October to mid-April or when the water is off. During winter season, water is off at sites.
Hot showers, toilets, and potable water are available at pavilion through end of October, then off until spring.
Campers are welcome to come to site anytime of the year (let Annie know if you are arriving after dark) to check on campers, enjoy your site, snowmobile, snowshoe, cross-country ski... roads are not plowed or salted in the wintertime so use caution and be prepared to self-extract... if snow is deep or there is a lot of ice, you might not be able to get out til spring.
Park at front entrance and walk or use other means to get to your site.
